Everyday is a new day to grab hold of what you can, while you can start making positive changes in your life, little by little (Kaizen).

NOW is the time for you to start LIVING your BEST life! You may ask, how do you start living your best life? It starts with you lifting yourself up! Even when you are down, encourage yourself with these reasons why you should RISE UP:

1) You are not where were
2) You have SO MUCH to look forward to
3) You have what you need to start right where you are little by little.

10 Ways to Start Living Your Best Life:
1) Live everyday with a FRESH new start. Leave yesterday behind and start THIS day off brand new!

2) Be true to who you are. Who are you?

3) Quit complaining and be the BEST you that you can be!

4) Be proactive!

5) Think about things you have desired to do and begin the planning process.

6) Focus on “WHAT” vs “HOW”.

7) Create your own opportunities – be a “Game Changer”.

8) Live CONSCIOUSLY each day!

9) Be COMMITTED to your change!

10) Know your inner-self. Know WHO YOU are and WHOSE you are.

In order to live your best life, you have to understand that failure is NOT an option. Be determined not to speak anything negative this week, only speak POSITIVE THINGS. Life and death is in the power of the tongue, and in order to live your BEST life, you have to SPEAK LIFE!

The ULTIMATE Damage Control to Being a Game Changer:
Be a Risk Taker

When was the last time that you have taken a risk? When was the last time you have taken inventory of the gifts and talents that can change your life right now! What are the things in your life that are hindering you from moving forward? Now is the time for you to take control of your life! It’s time to leave the comfort of mediocrity and familiarity to do the very thing that is in your heart! Are you a RISK TAKER? To do damage control, means to take “control” over your emergency situation. Are there things in your life that has gotten out of control, because you have failed to deal with it? Take the necessary steps to move out of your comfort zone by taking control of the situation now! Don’t allow life to put you in the box of familiarity. Are you ready to step out of your box and be a RISK TAKER?

In order to be a SUCCESSFUL “Game Changer” in the midst of being “TransforMEd” you must be willing to do something you have never done before. You may not want to take the risk, because you are afraid you might fail.   You have to have the tenacity that declares that “failure is not an option!” Your best days are ahead of you by doing the following:





Take a risk and do something that you have NEVER done before by going the EXTRA mile to be the EXTRAORDINARY YOU that you were created to be! Don’t worry, the “A-Ha!” moment you have been waiting for is within you! Take the time to discover the real you. What makes you happy? What could you do for the rest of your life if money was not an option? Your answer to these questions are clues to what you are supposed to be doing!

When you are a risk-taker, you have to TAKE what’s necessary, and turn that “RISK” into a promising “RETURN” for your future. “TAKE” hold of these Transformation Strategies to be an EFFECTIVE risk-taker with a guaranteed return of emotional, spiritual, mental and physical fulfillment:

Take responsibility for your Transformation

Take baby steps while you are being “TransforMEd”

Take back your PASSION and PRESS towards your PURPOSE!

Take time to forgive yourself in order to GO FORWARD!

Take the time to do what you love!

In conclusion, to be EXTRAORDINARY in your Transformation process, it first begins with making a decision to change the way you think. Change the way you perceive things and by getting rid of people that causes problem in your life. Don’t associate with people who have your problem, but associate with people who have your answer!

Are you tired of the same routine, same mindset, and same results? If so, prepare your mind to be TransforMEd! Life may not be all that you want right now, but when you are being TransforMEd, your “right now”, will soon change for the better. Being a “Game Changer”, is being determined to “change your routine, change your mindset, and with that, you will see a CHANGE in your life.

Be honest with yourself. What do you REALLY need to change in your life? What part of “YOU” that has been pushed to the side or hidden for so long, needs to be released from your self-prison and SET FREE? Start today, with not just declaring the change, but WORK towards the change. Working towards being a “Game Changer”, starts with a plan.

There’s a saying that states, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” Be deliberate in planning for your purpose-filled life! You deserve to live your life with the peace that has been promised to you, but that will come when you decide to “change the game” in your own life. Get Excited! Get Encouraged! Get Inspired! The BEST is yet to come! You’ve changed the game for so many others, and it’s time for YOU my friends, to change the game! Are you ready to be TransforMEd? Part of being TransforMEd is by going through these three stages: 1) The Process 2) The Plan 3) The Progress!

Here’s what I want you to do:

  1. (The Process)
    Name three things in your life that needs to be changed at this very moment and write down
    what those things are.
  1. (ThePlan)
    Write down what would it take for the change to be fulfilled.
  1. (The Progress)
    Beginning the process leads to your progress! Make the necessary phone calls, write the
    letters and/or research what’s needed so that those three things can change for the better!
